His most recent fight on the U.S. aganst a known opponent was Bradley. Overseas fights do less ppv and Algeria or whatever his name is still lived with his parents. Floyd doesn't have a fight on similar circumstances to compare to.
Bradley 2 and Maidana 2 are the closest recent comparison with the least variables.Comment

I can give two sh.ts how they split the money, they just need to come to an agreement and stop counting each others moneyComment

Where is Floyds fight against a nobody in an emerging 3rd world country to compare to, or Pacs fight against an undefeated Mexican superstar on a mexican holidat wth stacked undercard.
IF you look at scientifically you would remove the outliers that are skewed by uncontrolled variables and only comapre similar circumstances.
If Floyd is really twice the draw that Pac is (which is what a 65-35 split is saying) then why didnt Maidana 2 do double Bradley 2 ? Is Bradley twice the draw Maidana is ?
Or did Mannys popularity sudden drop by 70% in the mths between the Bradley and Algeri fights ? DId Floyd suddenly become 3 times as popular after guerrero and then suddenly lose that for the Maidana fights ?
Ive said FLoyd should get 22% more thats plenty.Comment

Who the hell are you to decide what is fair or how much money each fighter gets? Where the hell does any fan on this message board get off trying to determine that.
Floyd will demand what he thinks he deserves and offer Pacquaio what Floyd thinks he deserves. Arum can either take what is offered or walk away. Either way, Floyd will dictate the terms, not Arum, Pacquaio or some clown on a message board.Comment

Actually Arum was the one being contacted by the networks. Arum didn't contact them which shows you Arum isn't doing much leg work cause he dont really want it.
"I didn't manage anything [between HBO and Showtime]. All I said was that I had been contacted, the two networks have spoken and agreed 100% of how they would do jointly this fight. It was a legal situation. Floyd couldn't fight on HBO even if he wanted to because he's under contract with Showtime. And Manny is in a similar way through us," Arum told The Daily Telegraph from his Top Rank Inc. office here in Las Vegas.
Showtime is involved because they have an exclusive fight agreement with Floyd Mayweather.Comment
