Keith Thurman - No chin?

I've seen people say it before but it was interesting that last night I saw Kell Brook say he's spoken with plenty of fighters who have sparred with Thurman and they all say he can be hurt easily and knocked out quite easily and might not possess much of a chin.

If that's true, it will make for some interesting fights i think.

The first 5 rounds of the Chaves fight suggests otherwise, he can take a punch.

He's shown to have at least a decent chin. That big shot Karass caught him with was flush on the chin and he didn't see it coming, he recovered within 2-3 seconds. That's the only time I've really seen him hurt.

He might not have a granite chin, but I don't think he has a weak one either.

I've seen many fighters knocked down or wobbled by the kind of shot Karras landed on him, but Thurman was only stunned for a split second.

Didn't Thurman come off of shoulder surgery and has been inactive for quite a while? Maybe he was rusty or not fully recovered from his surgery?

He was knocked down by Quandrey Robinson. Buckled massively by Soto Karass, stunned by Zaveck. I think its safe to say his chin isn't great

He doesn't react well to getting hit I noticed that myself he freezes or proceeds to panic and do about a dozen laps of the ring.
