Easy win for Thurman. Maidana is hugely overrated because an aging Mayweather struggled with him.

Maidana has a punchers chance. Thurman can box chino's ears off or knock him out. I don't like chino's chances against thurman.

it's going to be a great fan friendly fight. Thurman should win. The only chance Maidana has is to bring Ariza back and be in condition like he was in the first Mayweather fight.

Maybe not boxing skill but he will keep maidana at bay with his power. If chino fights thurman like he did broner and mayweather he gets KO'ed.

I think Maidana puts him down by grinding him into the ropes and taking away his entire gameplan.

It's hard to judge because Broner only fought at 147 once, but I though Broner's power against Maidana was underrated. His shots were thudding blows that moved Maidana. I liken Broner's power to Canelo sort of. They're very physically strong. On the other hand Thurman seems to have that one-punch K.O. power.

I agree that Thurman is more skilled than Ortiz and Broner, but I don't think he's as skilled as Khan or Mayweather.

I think the best shot Thurman has against Maidana is by working the body, but by doing that he might get caught with something huge by Maidana.

I hope the fight happens as well, .

My dude thurman is too mobile and hits too hard to be pushed to the ropes. I think people were too hard on thurman's performance last night. The guy bundu did nothing but feint and be elusive. Of course thurman was not going to look impressive.

It was pretty nice when Thurman switched to southpaw momentarily when he dropped Bundu in the first round. That's 2 weeks in a row that a fighter switching to southpaw momentarily has scored a knockdown/knockout. Last weekend Hugo Centeno Jr. switched to southpaw when he knocked out James De La Rosa.

i favor marcos over thurman. marcos is a tried and true bamf. marcos has gone against guys who could and was expected to ktfo marcos but he still went forward and got his in before they did. i see this fight to go exactly like that and it will be entertaining as fawke. marcos experience with better proven outboxing from alexander, khan, mayweather will pressure this up and comer to fighting a marcos fight.
