No drug testing issue and Pacquiao also said Mayweather can get the amount of money he wants, he doesn't care. I don't see why this fight wouldn't happen then. Pacquiao would take his deserved 30-35% cut from PPV and submit to random blood testing. Looks like this fight should happen, if it's true that Pacquiao is agreeing to Floyd's purse demands. Only Arum can get in the way now.
Floyd wants almost all of the money and if Pac won't budge he is ducking and arum is greedy.
if you notice he hasn't won a boxing award since 2010 lmao that was five years ago.. floyd is the undisputed champ at 154 and 147 while pac fights guys like algeri and jessie vargas..pac needs to get backl on roids so he can start winning some awards..
In light of the recent setback losses to Timothy Bradley and Juan Manuel Marquez, I get the impression that this fight means less about money for Manny Pacquiao at this point but more about restoring his former glory, honor, dignity and reputation in the ring against the self proclaimed best ever and currently the #1 ranked P4P fighter in the world in Floyd Money Mayweather, Jr.

If Pacquiao cared about any of that he wouldn't have fought Algieri and have Vargas lined up when there is much tougher and more lucrative fights that could/can be made.
