If the fight doesn't get made. I doubt it will be because of a date. That would really be ****** on team Pac unless Moonves agrees.

If the fight doesn't get made because of the date and everyone is on board except Mannys team Then hell yeah that would be arum and Pacquiaos fault. But all I see here is arum trying to stick it to Floyd. I think his talks with Moonves gave Arum some info. Time will tell.

Floyd saying yes scared arum and they running but yes time will tell and once again itll be team pac walking for a 3rd time.

Everyone and i mean EVERYONE knew this was the target date. Floyd said yes and arum moved goalposts. Date doesnt matter but didnt matter just Thursday either.

How do you guys equate this with Arum turning down the fight? He's just smart enough to realize from the get go what Floyd's little Pacquiao spiel was all about unlike the vast majority of the gullible masses. Floyd didn't have a thing to say about Manny despite being called out publicly... until Oscar announced Canelo had agreed to terms and the target date of the fight was May 2nd... then all of a sudden Floyd wants Manny for the same date?

He just figured that Cotto/Canelo would be scared off thinking they'd be competing on the same night as the biggest money fight of all time. Once that happened, he'd go with his usual 'Marquez problems' or 'Showtime only' nonsense to avoid Manny and go with some B or C class easy cash fight instead.

But tonight Bob AND Oscar just pulled his hoe card.

Tell me- why does a Pacquiao-Floyd fight have to be on May 2nd? You could have the fight on a random Tuesday afternoon in the middle of December and it would do a minimum 2.5 million buys.

Haven't you heard? Non-Mexicans fighting on Mexican holidays maximizes revenue. That's why Showtime only lost $16 million on Floyd-Maidana on 2 separate Mexican holidays this year.
