I was actually impressed by Khan tonight.
I'm not sure how I feel about that.
Still not enough for a Mayweather fight but it would be interesting.Last edited by HarvardBlue; 12-14-2014, 12:46 AM.Comment

Man, Khan is seriously one of the best boxers in the game. Alexander is seriously a talented boxer, very very fast. And Khan completely schooled him, far better than anybody who has fought Alexander. Quite incredible.
Khan landed over 50%. That is amazing against someone like Alexander.
If Khan keeps his composure, he can beat pretty much anybody.Comment

Devon can box but comparisons based off this fight to how it would go down with Floyd are silly.. Floyd isn't Devon or Paulie, Khan may have some early success but late in fights Khan actually slows down his power seems to wean and he starts picking his shots all of that would favor Floyd to close him out late to a UD..Comment

Few years back Floyd was touting Alexander to be the man to take over him once he leaves boxing...
After Khans destruction over Paulie, Judah, Kotelnik, Alexander
you think Mayweather will want the fight? lol...he will try to get D.Garcia or someone instead...
Khan was the 140 champ. Bradley evaded him so no unfication could happen. Khan had his troubles...now he is back at 147 with the big boys.
and D.Garcia? he won't go near Khan or Herrera or Matthysse so the rematch can't happenLast edited by miniq; 12-14-2014, 12:53 AM.Comment

Same Devon Who Did Nothing Against Bradley; No Need To Talk Alexander Anymore
Just weak. Sit back and watch flashy combinations and do nothing in the ring but show up each round knowing your check cleared at the bank. Let's quit talking about Devon. He's in a league with Rios, Alvarado, Mags. So let's have Khan fight Thurman now.Comment

I'm always surprised Alexander doesn't get flat out KOd, with the way he usually looks so tight in there. And as far as thinking on his feet... there's none of that for him. We saw that for the first time vs Kotelnik in what really was Devon's first loss.
Khan looked near perfect tonight, and if Floydie ducks him he's really chicken. It seemed like moving up a weight class has improved Khan's chin too. I just believe it would be a good solid fight for Amir win lose or draw. Floydie wants to be GOAT, he should fight a slick fast boxer like Khan.Comment
