I think you missed the point. Fighters acting like this just turn the sport into a farce, I am all for fairness, but as fans of boxing we just want to see the best fights.

What other big fight options does Cotto have in terms of public interest? Floyd and Pac both won so convincingly that a rematch with either would be pointless. Boxing is an uneven landscape now and belts are just trinkets to promote the respective organisations, not the fighters.
