On Tuesday, Gennady Golovkin (31-0, 28KOs) received the coveted WBC interim-middleweight belt, an exquisite limited edition watch from Hublot and a snazzy black sombrero....so he countered with: "Muchas gracias AND viva Mexico! The belt was presented by WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman at a breakfast to honor boxing's most exciting KO King, in Mexico City's Camino Real Hotel. Golovkin returns on February 21 in Monte Carlo, where he faces WBC silver champion Martin Murray. Photos by Alma Montiel.

I've never seen the word 'coveted' next to the word 'interim' ever. Please don't make this a thing.

The greatest fighter of all time, hate him or love him, and the best looking. There has NEVER been a hot athlete at the top of a sport except for Tennis. Jordan was okay looking, LeBron is acceptable, Kobe is weird looking, Ali was overrated and meh, Tyson was monstrous looking, Pacquiao is cool looking... ETC, you get the point.

Golovkin has the best talent this sport has ever seen and with the best appearance. Seriously, he has it all. He is the perfect face of boxing.
