What Ocars is trying to say is everyone in the top ten is a threat. So far he has fought only a recovering alcoholic and now he's fighting a guy who wants to fight and like Khan is ex champion and like Khan loses the first time he fights a half decent opponent so on paper well matched but neither are going to shake up the welterweight division .
