No Khan didn't duck Alexander because the Mayweather fight was already on the table in early negotiations which eventually collapsed. If Alexander had waited 3 weeks more that fight would have been made back then.

Bradley, on the other hand, wasn't a consideration for Pacquiao or Mayweather at the time he ducked Khan, he just had dreams to fight them both so he ducked Khan because it was, in his own words "a risky fight".
