No, but beating WBA champion P4P ranked #3 undefeated Tim Bradley does. I do give Con some credit, he was able to pick his glass chin off the ground to earn a gift decision against a mentally retired and physically diminished Julio Diaz.

Collazo is a very good mid tier fighter and Julio Diaz is very good in any respect. He would give plenty fighters hell. If your going to try and diminish a fighters resume ask yourself what has Tim Bradley done at WW to earn his P4P spot?
