Froch has a huge financial incentive to fight these guys. He will bank a minimum of £1.5m with each fight in my opinion.

It's not like he has Floyd or Manny type money where he's drowning in more than he can spend.

If he's smart he'll take fights he believe he can win and make bank doing so, he needs to capitalize on his popularity and turn it into £'s.
He made £9million for the Groves rematch.....

I said £1.5m for each minimum because another Kessler fight isn't giving him north of £3m, Degale fight may give him a high of £3m-£4m and a third fight with Groves won't be more than £5m. So saying £1.5m minimum for each is a safe bet for all those fights without going in to the purse for each fight which I had to do anyway for you. I hope that clears it up for you.

This is purely my own speculation on purses.

The point is that none of those fights provide great financial incentive for him considering what he made for his last fight and the stage of his career he is at.

Chavez Jr is the only fight that really does at this point.

It is a good financial incentive since he knows he has a very good chance at beating 2 of the 3 mentioned opponents as he has done before, should be a walk in the park as they say or another day at the office.

Earning £9m as a career high shouldn't put you off from earning £1.5m-£5m from the guys he can earn that money against. Like I said if he thinks of it as purely as a business decision then he should go for as many of these fights as he can before his body truly tells him to retire.

Think of it as your average guy who is earning £20k a year and wouldn't mind adding an extra £500 a month from passive income.

As you may or may not know Froch rents out properties he owns, they don't net him a fortune, maybe a few hundred per month profit for each property if he hasn't bought them outright and if he has bought them outright then maybe £500-£1200 per month per property so if he's game for such small profit margins then what I suggested should be a no brainer for a guy like him.

No one's really going to want to get out of bed for that money having made 9 million in their last fight especially given the list of opponents you mentioned.

Groves - already knocked him out twice. Kessler - beat him clearly in the rematch. DeGale - he's already beaten one young up and comer from the UK.

There's no great financial incentive at all and there's basically zero motivation to fight any of those guys from a career/legacy perspective.

We saw how Froch wasn't really up for the first Groves fight and he almost paid the price.

I've made good points as to why he should face those guys, a business minded person would.

According to your thoughts I guess Hearn and Goldenboy shouldn't put on small fight cards and solely concentrate on the big fights since that's where they get paid the most.

Like I said a guy like Froch is content with making pennies from his property but shouldn't fight for a few million, okay.

By the way seeing your Avi, isn't Khan meant to be a practising good ****** role model, wtf is up with his wife dressing that way. Dude is clearly stuck between religion and Western fashion, would love for someone to ask him about his wife's taste in fashion (no hate since I like Khan and think he will give Mayweather a interesting fight).

Kovalev would be a few pounds north , stevenson and Hopkins would both accommodate at the weight ALL for big money and in the spot light. What are you talking about???

If this fight doesn't get made, he can always attend Khan's fight in Las Vegas. All he has to do is visual himself as Khan in the ring on Saturday night and his dream will be fulfilled. I'm just saying....

The guy has been in a bunch of wars thru the years, so I certainly don't blame him if he retires. A shame Jr is dragging his feet, but really, I doubt Jr thinks this is as important a match as Froch does or we fans do... and he certainly isn't in any hurry, with as much moolah as he has. But back to Froch, really a man has to have a deep cache of cashish if he wants to keep a babe like Rachael happily ever after. So she may start getting antsy if he keeps threatening to retire.
