      Hype

Stop it how can you be fooled by Lemieux. He is such a limited brawler. Zero defense. doesn't jab his way in. doesn't pick shots just blasts away. can't you see the difference between how ggg does it and him. When they fight I will take all action against ggg he will break Lemieux down and ko him. Why do you think it took so long for tv here to bring Lemieux back. He hadn't improved at all horrible trainers.

I believe him. It is simple. If you want to be a true champion then you should be ready to fight any fighter your weight who has earned the right to fight you. Cotto and Martinez aren't true middleweight champions because they had no intention of fighting GGG in spite of the fact that GGG was and is so clearly the number 1 challenger for the world middleweight title. If Cotto ever fights GGG then he is a real middleweight champion win, lose or draw. I think it's a safe bet that Cotto will never offer GGG a fight. Cotto is probably fighting Canelo and I am a huge Canelo fan but he is not a challenger for the middleweight title anymore than Mayweather is. GGG is the best middleweight in the world and the real middleweight champ to me. I think the Canadian would fight GGG if he won a world middleweight title belt.

I didn't see any stuttering. And to suggest that ggg would walk right through this kid shows how little you know about boxing. GGG is no beast he is more hype than substance. Who has he fought that brings the type of fire and power this kid brings? And dont say stevens who is really a one handed fighter who was passive in his fight with ggg but still managed to rattle ggg a time or two and back him up. This kid punished and hurt rosado much more than ggg did. If he tightens up his defense he will be a major threat to ggg. This kid is a two handed fighter with speed, power and bad intentions that breaks your soul and takes the fight out of you, something ggg has not seen yet. He is beginning to look like the MW version of mike tyson. I would get a few more fights first with quillin and then the other MW olympian and if crushes those guys in my opinion he would be a very live opponent for ggg who has the tools for a major upset. Like I have said before as soon as ggg meets a fighter who has devastating power, speed, skill, a chin and a killer instinct and is not afraid to bring the fight to him and tear his head off, he is going to suffer his first loss. If they train and move this kid right he may be the one who exposes that hype job ggg.

Lemieux vs. Golovkin will make each other a star, it will be the fight that will be fight of the year for sure.

This is the fight htat needs to happen with a 24/7 and press tour on HBO because there is no way this fight is going to be boring.

I see Lemieux hurting GGG, Lemieux might even knock GGG slow punching style out, they might have a trilogy and Lemieux might ruin GGG and make GGG fight a more cautious style after tasting those ferocious bombs.

Davids speed, power and aggression I feel will give ggg fits. GGG likes to fight at a pace and he likes to counter and he works well in terms of countering and execution within the safety of that pacing. But this kid wont give him air to breathe. Countering this kid will prove difficult because you are always concerned about getting caught and being flattened by a counter because he is so fast and punches so hard. He is also not afraid of taking chances. Rosado couldn't effectively counter he was actually afraid to counter because of the incoming. GGG will be faced with similar problems when he feels this kids power its going to take him out of his game and make the fight much more difficult. If this kid greatly improves his defense like the bobbing and weaving in the tradition of tyson he is going to be s force and a threat to anyone in the MW division. With a little more honing this kid will be a real threat to ggg.

Sorry dude, GGG is slow and gets hit, listen man, David is aggressive, SHORTER and ducks down and throws harder bombs. GGG hasn't fought a guy like that who comes at you, GGG is not a slickster like Rosado, Rosado can roll shots its the only reason he was able to last so long against David.

I think GGG vs David is the best fight out right now and they need to build it up on hbo and do a press tour if the fight delivers in the first fight the next one the rematch will be a ppv.

People say Lemieux lost to Rubio because he punched himself out, but not really. Lemieux (with his short arms) rushed in on Rubio and got clipped with a short hook, then punched himself out because he was hurt & that's how he was trying to survive.

I don't want to see Golovkin-Lemieux until 2016, I think David can improve more (and both guys are going to raise their status given their styles), but even so David's just not durable enough for Golovkin.
