Al Haymon is banned by HBO, Haymon won't expose any of his 120 fighters to any risk. That cuts down the gene pool, fool. Rios was a 3rd or 4th option, when Bradley at the time wouldn't fight. Floyd and Marquez still didn't want to fight. The only reason Algieri got Manny is because judges screwed Provo out of a decision or Manny would have fought him. Floyd and Marquez still won't fight. Vargas isn't ready to fight Manny, having never beaten any legit top contender. The difference is there are a handful of guys who want Floyd and he won't give them the time of day. Manny wants the biggest fights, Floyd, Marquez, and Floyd wants no part of the biggest fights.
