          There are vegan foods high in fat such as nuts and avocados - him being vegan is not why he's ripped.

          And punching power comes from genetics and training guys, not nutrition. Bradley has a low body fat %...

          Being vegan he's missing out on high quality proteins such as eggs. I'm sure he consumed other high quality proteins such as whey?

                When did I claim I was a fitness guru?

                Lemon water can be good before a workout because it is alkaline which makes you feel more energetic.

                    drenlou, I think we're going to have to take this discussion to the Training & Nutrition section. We all remain skeptical because anecdotal evidence just isn't enough to back up these claims.

                      Its really simple, why wouldnt drinking hot water have a benefit on the body?? I can see your skeptical about supplements, but plain water??.
