Your body doesn't need warm liquids to help break down fat, There's a reason your body releases bile into the small intestine, which is to emulsify fat and help absorbtion. Hot water doesn't dissolve fat since fat is hydrophobic.
The level of fat is also dependant on what cut of beef it is, london broil is very lean.

I've found a study that states low GI carbohydrates improve 24 hour fat oxidization in sedentary women during exercise, but can't seem to see anything on fat specifically just yet. However there are fatty foods that are low in GI (obviously), so I assume it's transferable. Essentially, I know the benefits of being in a ketogenic state, but you aren't going to achieve that state by eating a high fat, low CHO breakfast, nor do I believe you would reap the benefits of improvements in fasting triacylglycerols, HDL cholesterol, and the ratio of total to HDL cholesterol from just a breakfast, so I'm unsure of the application of it, despite the link below. Most of the benefits come from a reduced CHO consumption, not an increased fat intake, which was my statement earlier.

adding beef will sky rocket his punching power 100 fold. I am calling it right now he will KO Chavez in the first round with the first punch he throws! KO Bradley 1! Then he KO's Pacman in the rubber match to cement his legacy. Only to have Mayweather come out of the shadows for a return to HBO.
