This is nothing new. Bookies have had Floyd Mayweather the favorite over Manny Pacquiao since 2009/2010 when they put the odds up. Since Manny has taken a couple of losses inbetween the odds have widened further.

Maidana has a better chin than Manny, he has never been down from a shot to the head, and Pac has been down many times, which also points to the fact that Maidana has significantly better defense. What strengthens that argument is the fact that Maidana slipped, rolled, and blocked many of Floyds shots and even countered his counters. Pac could never do things like that, once Floyd times his elementery side to side head movement he will tag him with straight rights all day and the possibility of stopping him late with a straight or uppercut is high, the shots you don't see are the ones that hurt you the most, and you don't rely on power if your timing and placement is spot on.

When has Maidana ever been knocked out cold? Pacman chin is worse than Maidana, Pac has heart but he has been knocked out cold and dropped by a jab, if a KO happens in Mayweather vs. Pacquiao its Floyd koing Pac, no way Floyd gets hurt by Pac, Pac punches are not that hard according to Brandon Rios, also Algieri said it wasnt the power he was just awkward.

Floyd has an underrated chin he has never been hurt bad or dropped and if he did get rocked he recovered well.

hes been hurt before and the only reason he wasn't "dropped" officially was cuz the ref in the judah-floyd fight didn't count that knockdown.

No crap, Floyd should be a 20 to 1 betting favorite against Pacman. I don't know if Pac can handle Floyds punch at this stage, I know Floyd can handle Pacs punch, Floyd has never been dropped and I dont think Pac can hit hard enough to even stun or drop Floyd. Even Shane Mosley who hit hard and landed flush on Floyd with two power shots only rocked him.

The thing is with Floyd is this man is a grappler, he can grab onto your arms for dear life and you will never be able to yank free, Pac won't be able to yank his arms out, Mosley who is hundred times stronger than Pacman had difficulty removing his arms after Floyd locked onto him when he was hurt.

Pacman is too small for Floyd and he has tiny arms.

most of pacs wins aren't with one punch its punches in bunches. It's harder for pac to KO guys that are naturally bigger. He relies on volume and beats them to submission. I haven't seen to many guys grapple pac too long because he's good at breaking them. They all end up just running or engaging. Either way the outcome is usually the same.

I always prefer comments analyzing fights rather than just nonsense BS fan-boy comments but...

Floyd hasn't signed a contract... and he's silent... let's stop acting like this fight is any closer to being made...

Floyd wants people to think he's actually negotiating in good faith... but then ends up denying it ever happened and then he fights another opponent his camp and his network hype up...

I want to know where Floyd stands in negotiating this fight... the more Floyd is silent, the less chance for the fight...

The fact that Hectora or whatever his name is... even compared Floyd's fight wtih an old Mosley to Pac is pretty silly...

Hatton couldn't even grapple Pac... Pac is the best fighter in the world at controlling distance... if Floyd tries to grapple Pac like he did to Maidana all night in the rematch he'll get hit with some big shots...

Floyd will run not grapple if he's in trouble...

The issue with Pacquiao is that he's older and can't get in and out without taking shots as well as he used to.... Floyd will be able to hit Pacquiao with big counter shots if Pac isn't careful...

I think Pac wins more rounds and gets robbed by the judges...

But Floyd always has a counterpunch KO chance to end the fight... he's the bigger guy and has underrated power...

I still don't think this fight happens...

I'm expecting to move off that May date and fight Khan... Floyd's camp is hoping and praying that Khan is impressive against Alexander...

Floyd is the best at hyping up inferior opponents...

Showtime has already been spreading BS that Khan has super speed and doesn't lose rounds, he has to be KOed...

But the Lamont Peterson, Maidana and Julio Diaz fights tell us differently... Khan loses a lot of rounds...

Floyd would beat Khan easier than he beat Canelo...

Floyd v. Pac/Triple G/Cotto at Middleweight are the only competitive fights out there for Floyd...

Tell Skip Bayless that, he seems hell bent that Mayweather is a easy fight for Pacquiao.
I mean, he dismissed any threat of Mayweather winning.
