But you just know that a bunch of people who already pick Floyd to win will use this as concrete evidence (and a bunch already have citing fight odds in the past) when the fight doesn't go down.
I think most of us have our thoughts and opinions on how the fight would go down, but also realize that we'll never truly know until they are in the ring together. But there's also that faction out there who want to believe that something like this is a concrete indicator on who would win the fight. They'll use it as factual evidence.
Last year Vegas favored the Denver Broncos to win the Superbowl over the Seahawks.
But instead the Broncos lost by 35.
Vegas hits more than they miss....but they also miss a helluva lot, too.

Still does.....
"now more than likely floyd is not going to fight for the majority of the rounds, pacquiao will occasionally corner him and throw a half-arsed combo(as he has done since the ko)"
Manny is much more active than Floyd over the course of 12 rounds. Floyd is a counter puncher, a safety first fighter. Manny WILL let his hands go. He always does. The difference is, nowadays he's smarter about when he throws. Manny appears to be the hungrier fighter and fresher fighter based off their last three fights. Floyd's cute defense and counter punching will be neutralized by Manny's hand speed, foot speed, ring IQ, defense, angles, and hunger. Manny is also more athletic than Floyd. Floyd is in serious jeopardy of losing a decision if they ever fight.

I am rooting for Pacquiao, because he WAS the better of the two between 2008-2010, but Floyd kept the fight from happening (and admitted it multiple times on video).
Neither guy is as good as they used to be, and while it will be great to watch, it's a shame it's coming 6 years too late.

Ask Lennox Lewis when he fought Hasim Rahman. Julio Cesar Chavez when he lost to Frankie Randall. Roy Jones Jr. when he lost to Antonio Tarver. Tyson/Douglas. Ali/Spinks. Wlad/Brewster. Wlad/Sanders. Or remember when Khan was a huge favorite over Danny Garcia once upon a time? Lol.
I'm just sayin. Fights aren't won on paper.
The majority of those upsets you will find one of 3 things:
Favorite was Shot - Ali-Spinks
Favorite was not training/fat/lazy/unmotivated - Lewis, Tyson,
Favorite had chin problems - Wlad, Khan
Mayweather isnt really any of those things. Any risk of him being past it at 38 is mitigated by Pac also being past his best.
Wide UD for floyd.
