Well I figured put the 154lb titles on the line so Manny has a chance to win a legit Junior Middleweight title since Manny is a fake 8 division champ with his 150lb diamond title he won against Margarito while both were unranked at Junior Middleweight. I'm sure USADA and VADA could find the use of Xylocaine if it were used. I don't think Mayweather uses it I just put that in there so there would be no excuse and Xylocaine is only allowed in Nevada as far as I know when it pertains to fights in the U.S.

I want a fight with both sides getting what is fair. I am all about fair competition pertaining to the sport side along with business side. In other words open the books and see what percentage of the money each should truly get... this was offered before but Arum the ***ish **** shot this Fair idea down since it would probably expose him. I want USADA along with VADA testing with the test results made public after each test. Fight contracted at 147lbs for the WBA, WBC, WBO, Ring, and Lineal welterweight belts on the line along with the WBA, WBC, Ring, and Lineal Junior Middleweight belts on the line and the loser paying the sanction fees for all the belts along with the drug testing fee. The fight should take place in Vegas(both have fought there, Canelo almost robbed Floyd, and Manny got disputed decisions over Marquez there so the home field **** for Floyd imo is ******ed) with a stipulation for no Xylocaine, standard Nevada championship ring, 8oz gloves of choice including Reyes and Everlast MX, both camps get hands wrapped being watched by ****im Richardson along with a member from each team. The referee should be Kenny Bayless (Floyd and Manny fight clean so Kenny will not be a factor imo) or another good Ref agreed to by both parties. The judges should be nobody over 50 years old with sight issues, impartial to both fighters, and agreed by both parties. #NoExcuses but this would never happen unfortunately.
