Swift's rep is still solid...Uncle Al made him rich....nothing tarnished on Swift...Adonis and Chocolate is a different story though...they avoided the boogeymen in their neighborhood...Swift handled the one in his hood impressively

Not all fights can be big fights. Just ask "the fighter of the decade" who takes on garbage such as brandon rios and chris algiero every now and then..

Haymon has degraded the term Champion and has discredited what all the great fighters fought for in the world of boxing. Boxing was once a rewarded sport because of the struggle and sacrifice fighters faced to get to the top and they did it passion and hope to one day be the Champion of The World. Boxing has now been taken from us and turned into a show business in which you don't have to struggle or take risks because of you fight for Haymon the reward is the same.

Farewell Professional Boxing our one and only true love and welcome to the new breed of boxing?

You are right, but I wouldn't put ALL of the blame on Haymon (as much as I'd like to).. He did play a large part in it, but Boxing has been corrupt for a looong time now, and there are many "players" who know how to play the game, like politics.. "Everything caves under the weight of greed."

That's true, but I suppose since he has signed a large percentage of the more relevant fighters in the sport he will get more blame than the others. Still, look at Quillin, he dropped his belt because Haymon told him to, effectively avoiding his mandatory, and now wants to fight for it again in 2015.

i'm excited to see who wins the al haymon belt in each division even though it will only be the couple guys who are with haymon that are eligible to win it. who needs to be the best when you can be the al haymon best?

I think Al Haymon has something big in store for us over the next couple of years. (whether or not it pans out remains to be seen) I think that is the reason for all the TBA's and easy fights for his fighters.

But has the damage already been done? Are their reputations already damaged to the point of no recovery? These were guys with some major hype behind them at one point and now they are basically the laughing stock of boxing and the butt of many jokes.

Which other fighters reps has he tarnished in your opinion?

                      Speak on it?
He's made them a lot of money at that's mainly what they care about. I seriously doubt they give a damn what posters on boxingscene think about them.
