I don't have anything in particular against Alvarez or Cotto and I would like to see that this fight is done... I don't mind that they fight for the lineal Ring belt -- that's the historical logic...

anywhere not NY is a gonna be pro Canelo (LA, LV, Texas, Chicago). Mexicans are everywhere......theres just not enough PR's to compete with Mexicans. Canelo will be the fan favorite

Golovkin isn't in debate here anyway -- although he's the undisputed champion of the middleweight division.
Yet your posts are more pointless than mine because you had no idea what you were responding to and my bit on Golovkin was one sentence, as was yours. Im done with this anyway but i'll leave you with one FACT: Cotto is the lineal Middleweight champion of the world.

ummm lets see. lineal implies best in the weight class. Cotto holds the "lineal" title. Who the hell considers Cotto the best in the division? I dont care who he beat to beat to beat etc...Golovkin is the best MW period. And on top of that hes ducking him. That Cotto bias is blinding you hard.

So we should just give the title to whoever looks the best in the division? Losses be dammed, we'll just strip you if we don't think you're the best. Absolute garbage and if we're blinded by bias for Cotto, you're not far behind with GGG. Beat Murray and see how Cotto-Canelo goes. He will get his chance.

How's he a diva? What are these outlandish demands he always request?

If Cotto were to defend the lineal championship and avoid the top contenders than thats a problem, however, I see nothing wrong with one title defense before vacating. Cotto is not a Middleweight. Stevenson deserves all criticism as a lineal champion, that different situation

Ill bet all my points Cotto is not fighting GGG. Bet on it. Let me ask you this Cotto fan. Can you honestly say Cotto is the best middleweight at this time over GGG disregarding belts and all that? GGG also has 2 I think.
