Cotto's record also speaks for itself. He has done very little in 5+ years but he's hording the PR fans until someone better comes along.

However I would be glad to see him fight Canelo and have the chance for a good win. Another fight with Mayweather is absolutely pointless.

I don't see Mayweather fighting Cotto for his MW belt. Miguel actually did give Floyd some issues in their LMW bout, so I doubt Money wants Cotto @ full MW. Nor can Mayweather make full MW. I also don't see Cotto coming down in a catchweight fight to defend his belt.
