Also, 140 is wide open and he seems ready to make the jump, personally i only see it making sense.
"neither fight would trump the Beltran/Gamboa" WTF are you joking why wouldn't they be better wins when they are the 2 top guys

Vasquez is no longer champion and explain to me how beating Abril would garner him more respect than beating down Gamboa and Ring Magazines number 2 at 135 in Beltran. Exactly, like I stated previously, perhaps it will garner praise from the boxing hipsters such as yourself but in the eyes of the general public a move up in weight would benefit him much more.

Oh, and Bey is a joke so no reason do drag him into this conversation(future reference, just in case )

I'm sure Crawford could hold his own in 140-147 division

You act like Crawford is Rios. He is a good boxer with decent pop. He doesn't use his size more so than his length and he will have that at 140.

Stop it neither of the 2 are top 2 at that weight. By RING or ESPN rankings and not by people who actually watch boxing. Vasquez is one of the most boring fighters and Abril isn't in the same league whether you want to believe our not. Either way, neither bring anything to the table. He needs to move on to bigger and better competition and names in order to start making real money.

man Crawford is the most skillful fighter coming up and will be able to succeed at 140 147. Youll talking about the dude getting hit ofcourse he gonna get hit its boxing. He gets hit due to him being a slick fighter who doesn't run but holds his own and fights. And sometimes he just gets too confident in there knowing he can do whatever he wants to do and has lapses. Im sure better competition will only bring out the best in him.

**** out here with your lame a$$ RING or ESPN rankings Vasquez and Abril don't matter at 135 when one of them beat the man at that weight and got rob and the other has beat many number one contenders at 135 beats Bey but gets rob but some how they don't matter and it doesn't matter if you think they are boring .if a fighter wants to be the man at 135 you have to beat Vasquez and Abril not Raymundo Beltran,Yuriorkis Gamboa or Ricky Burns
you must be smoking some crack if you think Terence Crawford is the man at 135
