eubank gave saunders body a working over, all you have to do is pressure saunders and go to his body, dont throw the left hook cause he will duck it, just go body/head. no mohammed ali like what his trainer tried saying.

I can't see where Eubank would win. 7-5 at most to Saunders.

Eubank only has himself to blame. Only started fighting in the 6th.

I gave Eubank about 4 or 5 rounds but i can probably agree with a draw too if you want to score a couple of close rounds for him. I think 5 max personally. I don't felt he won though. If he had started the fight a bit quicker, he could have nicked the win.

With that said, there's no shame in the loss. He basically jumped up in levels and showed he belonged there. Saunders just looked a bit more seasoned than Eubank even though they are the same age, that together with Eubanks slow start was what decided the fight in the end. I believe Eubank could probably beat him though and hopefully he learns from this fight.

He needs to work on his balance and footwork a lot more but i think he can become a good fighter. Both actually still have a lot of learning to do, even Saunders admitted that. He knows he's not up there at the top level yet and i saw an interview where he said Golovkin would beat him, Eubank and the rest all on the same night. So at least Saunders is being realistic in his ability at the moment and respectful of the guys who are above him, where as the Eubanks are not being realistic in some things they say, i love the confidence but you have to be respectful and realistic too. Saunders self awareness of knowing he's not good enough for the top level is something that can help him improve, because he knows he has to.

Anyway, fair play for both guys for taking a fight that people wanted to see. Respect for Eubank for jumping up several levels, i think he showed he's a proper fighter and not just a name, and respect for Saunders for taking a fight that if he lost, it could have been more damaging to his career than Eubank's.

Glad too see that doing the rounds. I was at the fight and it was the worst organised event imaginable. BJS and Fury brought scores of their gypsy extended family without tickets who just felt they ran the place - and they did because security did f..k all.

I reckon the event was also oversold by about 2000 people, I spoke to a few people who had moved to go to the bar and when they got back some gypo had nicked their seat and refused to move. Security refused to do anything.

There were scores of people who just walked into the outer ring area because there was no one there to stop them. Again, security did nothing. The bloke in front of me got threatened and left his £250 seat because people were walking up and offering him out because he told some kid (Fury's 18th nephew, twice removed) to move out of the way.

Team fury eventually started letting some of their brothers/cousins/nephews into the inner ring area when after about an hour of the crowd shouting at security they finally got off their arse.

Frank Warren is a money grabbing c...t for overselling that. I feel bad for the people who paid good money to watch a fight only be threatened and have their seat nicked by BJS fan club.

Still....BJS v Eubank ...what a fight. I had Eubank winning it for the more accurate shots and the fact he had BJS backing up for the second half of the fight. Credit to both fighters, and credit for Eubank for not being intimidated by that crowd. If he won that, there's no way they werent kicking off.

Eubank showed his lack of experience not knowing what to do early in the fight and Saunders again faded in the final rounds like he did against Ryder. Korobov will take his head off.

Not sure how much Eubank will improve, I could see him having a career similar to Anthony Mundine (another guy who started late but got by on confidence & athleticism). Eubank Sr. needs to go. If he's so damned interested in his son's boxing career, why the hell did he have him start so late and have no amateur experience....
