Comments Thread For: Sauerland Grows Confident That Price Beats Klitschko

Promoter Kalle Sauerland of Sauerland Event is growing even more confident that Olympic medal winner David Price (18-2, 15KOs) is capable of unseating heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko.

Two of Sauerland’s heavyweights, Alexander Povetkin and most recently Kubrat Pulev, attempted to defeat Klitschko with success.

Pule was floored several time before suffering a knockout loss in the fifth. Before he was knocked out, Pulev managed to land a few significant punches and even shook the legs of Klitschko in the early rounds.

Well obviously every promoter needs to hype up their fighter, beating Price would be an okay win only because he is probably one of the biggest punchers in the division so for risk factor and that only.

He needs a serious win before even thinking about stepping in with Wladimir. I hate to say it because I like the guy, but Pricey is too flat footed to fight Wlad.

He has a horribly hard right hand and that's his shot. Otherwise, he doesn't really stand a chance.

Two of his undefeated guys lose to klit, likes the chances of a guy who was KO'd twice by a guy Wlad beat twice.

Hey... wrap your neck up son

Could you imagine a promoter that doesn't lie?

How interesting would that shit be.
