Ok, but have we seen anyone from Team Mayweather confirming the reports of the fight actually underway?

I would be elated if Floyd got on camera to confirm everything being reported.

The fight is either gonna happen or Floyd retires. It would be insane for Les Moonves to meet Arum just to help Arum put up a front that Floyd is ducking so they can fight Vargas instead, why would the Head of CBS do that? makes no sense.

The backlash is too much, nobody is going to pay for another Floyd fight unless its Pacman, nobody else can generate the interest in or around his divsion and Moonves wants a return on his 200 million investment.

two fights with Pac is more than enough to recoup and make some profit off the Floyd deal, that fight is super hot again right now, a lot of people think Pac is back after Algieri. So the hype is back again right now is the best time to strike for May 2015, they have to get the deal done fast though, this type of fight will need a world wide press tour for sure.
