That tax lien was a result of doing business with Arum, Mayweather foolishly allowed Arum to pay (so he thought) his taxes. Arum did not pay Mayweathers taxes, the same thing is happening to Manny, that is why Manny is in trouble with the Feds. You have no idea what you're commenting about.
