That punch was nothing compared to the Marquez shot that landed on Pac lol, I can't believe some guys on here saying that slow ass right hand with the pillow glove on was the equivalent to the punch that KO Pac. Its still a hard punch enough to KO Pacman cold but not Floyd he has an iron chin.

Also Floyd wasn't even hurt, he lost his footing it wasn't even a hard shot.

How much money do you think he was earning? Without Pacquaio, his earnings took a huge hit. Then Robert Garcia released him too. Floyd used him as a massage therapist for his last 2 weeks of camp. You expect Ariza to just sit around and not work?

Anyways, Ariza had no choice but to broaden his career elsewhere outside of boxing. He has to make a living. And unless you are training cash cows, the money from strength and conditioning is peanuts.

You got it the wrong way around. Pacquiao is the one that has been fighting LWWs the last 3 and half years. He and Mayweather are the same weight on fight night too. Pacquiao weighed more than both JMM and Bradley, when was the last time Mayweather outweighed an opponent on fight night? JMM in 2009?

Don't fall into the trap of others. The interview is taken out of context from Jenna Jay from On The Ropes Radio. Crazy thing is that, you can't link the interview on the forum, but her interview gets quoted for use in an article.

Anyways, if you listen to the interview, you'd know that Floyd Sr, didn't mean it like that, and that also he has some memory issues. So he regularly makes small mistakes in terms of things like that, or even saying people's names. He'll sometimes say Cotto instead of Margarito, or whatever.

Anyway, his whole point was really that Pacquaio isn't beating up guys like he used to.
