This is incorrect. Pacquaio does have a multi-fight contract with HBO -- this is a confirmed fact. His deal is lucrative and similar to Floyd's deal with Showtime. And it's the reason why Pacquaio gets a guarantee of $20 million bucks plus, even though his opponents have been lackluster in popularity.
