No, you are the idiot. Where did I say Floyd acted appropriately? He will mostly likely have to fork over money, and it is no less than he deserves.

It doesn't change the fact that TMZ has acted disgustingly in the past. When someone in the police department illegally leaked pictures of Rihanna after she was beaten to a pulp, they had the option of refusing to publish the image; instead, they went ahead and published them.

I've never been a fan of people deciding right and wrong based on whether or not they like the individual, and whether or not the individual opposes someone disliked or liked.

They probably bought the pictures and thus are responsible for a large part in the leak. They claim they never buy anything unlike all the other gossip magazine/show/sites... but I think its probably bull****. Why give your dirt to TMZ for free when someone else would buy it? Its probably all under the table with no paper trail.
