Khan is the only one who utilizes the proper ammount of speed to POSSIBLY present a problem for Pac. Vargas is a glorified bum and ALEXANDER although a good boxer, doesn't do anything great.

Please explain in detail. I like welterweight champs to fight legit ranked welterweights so Khan or Alexander>Vargas all day for me. Why duck the welterweight division especially since the cold war is supposedly over? Of course Mayweather vs Pacquiao is the fight of choice but as soon as Dallas Cowgirl stadium was mentioned I'm less inclined to believe that fight will be made than I was post 1st negotiation. 40 mil Minimum with 35% upside has been offered by Mayweather/SHO side and already turned down for this round of negotiations.

as long as pacquiao fought garcia first then go after any fighter holding any more title at 140. it will be ok. consolidating the titles at 140 and getting his true lineal(holding all 4 major belts at 140) is better legacy wise than fighting khan or alexander.

It should not even be up for debate. Both Amir Khan and Devon Alexander are FAAAAR more accomplished fighters than "khris algiero" "brendon rio" or fckin "jessica vergas".
