Better opponent choice... Vargas or Alexander vs Khan winner?

Please explain in detail. I like welterweight champs to fight legit ranked welterweights so Khan or Alexander>Vargas all day for me. Why duck the welterweight division especially since the cold war is supposedly over? Of course Mayweather vs Pacquiao is the fight of choice but as soon as Dallas Cowgirl stadium was mentioned I'm less inclined to believe that fight will be made than I was post 1st negotiation. 40 mil Minimum with 35% upside has been offered by Mayweather/SHO side and already turned down for this round of negotiations.

But he a young, strong, prime, undefeated, regular champion doe... how many of those has Fraud fought doe. Algieri and Vargas back to back shows Pac is TBE and willing to fight the best of the best undefeated and in their prime lol. Fraud's scared that's why he fights legit ranked 147-154lbers coming off wins. Fraud's ducking GGG and the 154lb division while Manny is sacrificing himself to drain to 140lbs to fight the best.

All of those fights suck. It doesn't matter if it is Floyd or Manny fighting any of them, still suck! The only people they should be fighting is each other.

It is kind of pointless to sit around and try to decide what B- level fighter should get in the ring with an A level fight like Floyd or Manny. Besides that, people are just going to complain that it is a giant mismatch anyway.

Khan and Alexander both have done much more than Vargas and Vargas has won fights over ordinary fighters that he should have lost. Vargas is just not that good. Who ever wins the Khan-Alexander fight will be one more good win further ahead of Vargas. So my vote is the Khan-Alexander winner is a better fighter and a tougher opponent than Vargas.
