So why is it when Floyd changes his mind it's called roadblocks and excuses? Floyd didn't work with Arum since he left TR. He concedes and tries to work with him for the Pac fight in 09/10, and he is blamed because he has a resonable reqest. THEN, Arum lies about negotiating again knowing good and well he had already promised the fight to Margarito. Floyd gets sick of him and realizes that Arum isn't serious, yet for some reason, he isn't allowed to change his mind and not want to work with Arum. It's called another "roadblock"! If it is not about money, then why aren't you screaming "roadblock" for Pac not accepting the 40mil?? Why all the double standards?

This has all been a matter of pride. Bob didn't show Haymon his proper respect, haymon shows nobody any respect. Floyd dictates every aspect of his life, and manny is the biggest star of his region. Try again. Floyd wanted no cutoff. He moved from no cutoff to 14 days. Pac's team originally said "no problem, anytime" all the way up to 24 days. How is that Floyd changing his mind to make it harder and Pac changing his mind to make it the fight? Actually,It' the direct opposite So it actually started with Pac and his actions. Not to mention, what about the context here? Do you think Pac is doing this out of goodness of his heart or because he knows he doesn't deserve a 50/50 split. I guarantee if he were the one with the bigger PPV buys, he wouldn't be saying he would take less. He wouldn't even give Hatton 50/50 even when he agreed to it and they were very comparable draws.

I have a gut feeling it's finally gonna happen. Then again I felt the same way in 2013 before Mayweather wanted the split in his favor and Bob Arum shut off negotiations.

There will be a curve ball thrown by Mayweather at some point during these negotiations. Arum's response will decide whether this fight happens.
