Are you ******ed or dumb or a troll?

When I talk about the path of least resistance, I'm simply asking - when is the last time Wlad had a decent voluntary defence? Who was it? that's all I'm asking. Samuel Peter in 2010? A shot, overweight, struggling with fat former middleweights Sam Peter who him and his brother had already smashed to bits? Wupti do.

His last decent voluntary defence was against Eddie Chambers in early 2010.
Who has he ducked? He has beaten everybody who is anybody.. Is it fair to criticize him because everybody else is crap?
Although I have noticed they only become such after they fight Wlad..

Most heavy weight fights are least competitive. Except when they include Klitschko.
So he is either much better than the rest or they are all much worse.. But either way it adds up to the same thing. And it's a piss poor criticism to lay on him.

So who should he be fighting and who should he have fought that he hasn't?
Are there a few missing names? I am sure a few. Is that unique? Come on.. Everybody who is anybody, now or at any time in the past, has a few missing names.

Wilder is mandatory for Stivernes WBC title. Povetkin has the silver so isn't he after that?

        ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This. Wlad already beat #2 and #3 HWs and now he´s just chasing that WBC belt, as he should.

lol all of a sudden jennings is a bum. People will always hate of Wlad. Jennings is in line to fight stiverne/wilder winner, wlad taking him out the equation. As for fury, if he beats chisora, his turn will come dont worry

Forgive me I am not sure how these corrupt organisations and silly titles work these days but I am under the impression that the silver makes Povetkin the mandatory after Wilder vs Stiverne. If correct I do not see how Jennings is some sort of obstacle.

Besides hasn't Tyson Fury already won two final eliminators for the WBC?

Sounds to me like he is nothing but a stay busy fight whilst he awaits the winner of Wilder vs Stiverne.

No its not all of a sudden hes always been a mediocre, undersized HW at best. Can one person on this entire board tell me what is supposed to be so good about him?

Where did I say he ducked anyone? There's a difference between ducking and taking the path of least resistance. You cannot honestly sit there and tell me that out of all the voluntaries Wlad has fought in recent years like Peter, Wach, Pianeta, Mormeck etc were the best he could fight. Because that would be completely ridiculous to suggest.

That's not really true either, very few guys are fighting other top 10 opponents, in fact, Povetkin seems to be the only one. And Stiverne is coming off two wins over Arreola. Pulev didn't really fight a solid top 10 opponent to deserve his shot and really only became mandatory because Fury chose to pursue the Haye fight. Jennings has 1½ OK-at-best wins, Mormeck hadn't fought in 2 years, Thompson became mandatory by default, Wach's best wins were two 40 year old never-was in McBride and Tye Fields, Pianeta's best win was 40 year old McCall and the guy Audley Harrison KO'd in 1 round on his debut.

I'm sorry but that's just not good enough.

Lennox Lewis' voluntary defences came in the form of guys like Golota, Grant & Klitschko - i.e. the path of most resistance (according to rankings).

I'm not saying he doesn't have a good resume, he's fought the guys that were most important to his era. But guys like Arreola, Wilder, Fury, Chisora, another Haye fight, another Povetkin fight, Adamek when he was alright, Helenius etc would look at helluva lot better as voluntary defences than guys like Wach, Pianeta, Mormeck, Rahman etc.

Sure he can have an easy fight every once a while, but every time there's a voluntary defence they dig up someone no one has ever heard of.

Jennings is not a bum, but he's hardly a world beater I'm sure we all can agree with. He looked OK vs Splizka and not very well against Mike Perez. I mean, hardly enough experience to tackle a 6'5 giant with extreme KO power in both hands.

I see Jennings vs Wlad going the same way as Frazier vs Foreman. Wlad is too big and powerful for Jennings. No way Jennings will be able to take Wlad's hooks and straight right hands for more than six rounds.

Interesting that you of all people seem to rate Eddie Chambers higher than David Haye.
