What constitutes a top level puncher?

He has only been 'cleaned out' twice and I'm not sure I would call either guy a KO artist, big punchers yes, but Garcia is as much about his timing as raw power, and Prescott wasn't top level anything.

Maidana is probably the most apt description and he didn't wipe Khan out.

He has problems with punchers that is obvious, its his kryptonite, just like Froch struggles with speed and slick boxers. I think Froch is overstating and for some reason just can't leave Khan alone.

Both fighters haven't gone out their way to fight fighters who expose their weaknesses and haven't avoided them either, so although Froch probably has a better resume I don't think their careers or their attitude to their career has been too dissimilar. Khan has had to rebuild a bit more because of the KO losses, whereas Froch has been able to bounce back from his losses a little quicker because they were on points, and I am of the opinion he clearly lost to Dirrel as so many others.

what's the deal between them? why froch hates him?

Khan has been given tons of media coverage from day 1 cuz he was Britain's only boxing medalist in 04 and was only 17. Froch was not and had a tougher road to a title like your usual prospects, because being an Olympic medalist has its benefits and Froch did not have one.

Even after winning the WBC belt he didn't get his respect or the media coverage he wanted, so he was taking jabs at Khan left and right especially when Khan lost to Prescott. Then when Froch lost to Kessler Khan said something like Froch should retire and Khan will get him a job hanging posters for Khan Promotions lol. Back and forth till this day.

Froch has now been fighting on Sky for some time and has done the biggest fight in history of UK, but unfortunately he still seems to mad at Khan.

I like Froch still, but he has done more Khan now and can't meet him in the ring, so it is really unnecessary from Carl.

Khan will do well against top opposition but there's always the chance of being caught hard and getting hurt bad. I think thats what makes him really entertaining.
