Haye didn't want anything to do with Fury, hence him pulling out twice. He knows Fury would've taken him into deep water, Tyson is on another level to guys like Valuev & Barrett.

Haye's best win at HW was Chisora, a man who Fury had already beaten up, and even then he was gassing badly until he managed to get the KO.
