3-Corner says they planned for the ko but you only have 8 ko's

This was an epic fail and embarrassing...I spend 70 bucks to see this stiff uncoordinated guy flop around the damn ring
Lets not pretend as though Algieri came into the weekend with any intention of winning a boxing match. He didnt.

He knew this was just a "hometown" showcase fight on a "hometown" showcard card all around. The entire PPV card was a farce and everyone seems to be ok with that.

So he came and played his part and collected his check.

    Algieri actually won this weekend.

Not really. He actually has the balls to fight Manny in the ring. Algieri, not floyd, has Manny on his resume.

The whole multi-dimensionality thing gets overused as a basis of criticism. A guy with one dimension can be a damn good fighter. A guy with multiple dimensions could be shit. Levels are more important.

Provodnikov had legitimate claims on victories against both Herrera and Tim Bradley. Herrera arguably beat Danny Garcia this year, the 140lb champion. And Bradley is widely recognised as a top P4P fighter.

Regardless of what anyone says - that's world level. I don't care how many dimensions he has.

I'm not gonna sht on Algieri because lets face it, for 2 or 3 mill anyone of us would jump in the ring and happily get our face bashed by Pac or even Malignaggi.

With that said I don't know why anyone would be surprised by the outcome of the fight (except for Hectardo the ******o the guru of boxing). You cannot just have someone who is barely fighting Provodnikov level fighters to jump in with a monster like Pacquiao. Geri is in that stage of his career where his barely going to learn and gain experience fighting fighters at the world class level. At the very least Algeri gained some experience and didn't take much punishment if you want to look at it with a positive view.

Poor Algieri. He's a nice guy, maybe too nice for boxing. Granted he got up from those knockdowns but the guy looked **** scared all night. I felt sorry for him. I think he realised right away that he was waay out of his depth, he did try to get his boxing going but he simply couldn't fight at Pacquio's level.

I'm not going diss Chris it was clear when the fight was signed that he was over his head no matter what some posters on this site said to hype this up. Algeri was made to order for PAC like Salka was for Garcia. The reason Arum made this fight was for PAC to look good in.

good to see Chris get that $ and props for lasting the full 12 especially after the 9th I think
