I'm glad Manny wants Mayweather next but his fans are going to be in for a rude awakening should that fight come off.
how so? don't you think its the same for Mayweather knowing there's a guy who could easily outpoint him in the ring each round? floyd lost a step in his legs in his maidana fights and he is there to be comboed by manny

It's true. For years non-pacfans have been insisting that Pacquiao can only find success against flat footed, come forward brawlers coming off losses.

Algieri was the complete opposite. If people thought Algieri would give Pacquiao problems, it was a legitimate concern because for years we've been reading about how an undefeated boxer with good movement would give Pacquiao problems and Pacquiao took a big dump all over that mystery.

Easily outpoint him? You sound as delusional as the people who thought Algieri would pose "style" problems. As delusuonal as those who think this win tells you anything about how Manny would look against an elite fighter, let alone Mayweather. Manny might have a punchers chance. Might. But easily outpointing Floyd? Doubtful.

Pacquiao could easily outpoint Mayweather on sheer activity. We all know that Pacquiao's activity and work rate are adequate enough against Mayweather's work rate to persuade the judges into giving him rounds.

This. A couple hard shots by Manny with a couple unanswered exchanges and missed jabs/right hands by Money could certainly give the rounds to Manny.

Floyds got himself stuck in a corner now. His next fight will actually be against a mover. Hes gunna duck pac. And even if khan beats alexander floyd will say alexander performed better and deserves to fight him. You might aswell retire floyd because your stuck now

Pac would have thrown 2-3 punches before the infamous mayweather 2 minute clinch

also floyd hid under his guard for too long sometimes against maidana's awkward flurries

You know I really want to buy into this line of thinking, but here's the thing. On countless occasions we've seen Floyd make major adjustments in fights, and he has effectively figured out every person he's faced. Manny has defensive flaws that I believe would get exploited. Maybe not right away, but after the first few rounds I think that would happen.

Now I will say that, after tonight, it's obvious that Manny is not as far gone as some of us may have thought. He would have at least a slight chance against Mayweather, but I wouldn't bet on him.
