i think it is a cherry pick for pac- but nobody is really out there at 140-147 that could sell better than the garcia fight. and it is for the 140 lineal.
and pac would be in a distance where garcia could reach him but that will only make for a more exciting fight. pac by decision

Fair enough... but they're not the same thing.

When it comes to winning belts you gotta fight whoever's got them. If Pac wants to move back to 140, beating the current WBC, WBA and Ring champ is hardly cherry picking. It's just what's necessary. Whereas Floyd fighting Garcia in his first fight @ 147 is cherry picking. There's no belts and no reason. He'd just be using Garcia for an easy pay day.

If Manny fought Garcia @147 it would also be cherry picking for the same reasons.
