I can't speak for anyone else but I don't see danny as a cherry pick hopefully mid 140's. Do all Pac fans consider it a Cherry pick if Floyd fought him?

Danny would be a HUGE step up frpm the likes of algieri and vargas..i doubt thefight gets made tho, if Pac loses again its going to be agaibst a Top Rank fighter ask Arum about that...danny garcia is not a cherry pick for pac...algieri and vargas are tho

Interesting matchup. Garcia likes to counter and has power. He'd always have a puncher's chance so that makes it interesting.

I like it...just to see Pac take another 0 from a younger fighter. Well at least, the first official 0 off Garcia's record.

The problem I have, is when PAC beats Garcia, it makes facing any other 140lber after that kind of boring as Garcia is tops in the division.

Back when there was talks of protecting Garcia (that's why he was fighting Herrera and Salka) to preserve that 0 for Mayweather.. the Floyd fans were "tough young Champion, destroying all comers, not like manny fightin bums"... but as soon as there's talk of manny fighting Danny.. "he's cherry picking!"... come on guys!! Let's be real here.. i think it is a cherry pick for pac- but nobody is really out there at 140-147 that could sell better than the garcia fight. and it is for the 140 lineal.
and pac would be in a distance where garcia could reach him but that will only make for a more exciting fight. pac by decision

floyd would be fighting garcia at 147.
and floyd would maintain a certain distance where garcia would not be effective.
it will be an easier fight for floyd- also a cherry pick.

all floyd/manny opponents at 140/147 will be at least 6:1 underdog.
