He's been offered some alright fights, just not the right one for him I guess. Clottey is a good fight, i don't think that would qualify as big though.

Kirkland is not old, with his style he probably would not still be in the game at this point, and look at the landscape of the 154 pd division - Andrade - Charlo twins - Julian Williams - Canelo - Cotto - trout - Lara - K 9 Bundrage - Vanes Martiroysian - Willie Nelson - and more - now we can see some good fights...Kirkland with his style is NEVER on the outside looking in. His antics may actually help his career out - we shall see...
