The general consensus is this.... out of all anti-doping test agencies, its well recognized that VADA is the most strict, most professional, and practically "un-buyable".
So most fighters of today prefer that anti-doping agency.

If I recall correctly, USADA will only use CIR if the boxer's testosterone levels are elevated above acceptable levels and looks su****ious.
While VADA will use CIR regardless of T level/ratio.
This is his best weight, he always looked better when he rehydrated to around 148 like for Hatton, Cotto and DLH... just looks that extra bit tighter...
He should look like he did vs Hatton come Saturday.
