there is VADA testing. pac has done vada testing for rios and bradley rematch.

Manny Pacquiao and Chris Algieri will both submit to random drug testing that will be conducted by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association leading up to the fighters’ Nov. 22 pay-per-view showdown in Macau, China. Team Pacquiao informed BoxingScene.com on Tuesday that the testing will occur during the two combatants’ training camps as well as after the fight, which will be for Pacquiao’s WBO welterweight title.

As far as testing when has pacquiao ever tested positive he's never refused and that was when they wanted to draw blood on the eve of the fight and he often blames his loss to Eric morales on that one saying it deprived his body of nutrients and he felt sluggish and that's understandable they can find anything in piss anyway.

Pac is always in top condition. No one can say otherwise. With that style of his it would be moronic not to be. Froach on the otherhand is looking plain idiotic. (for understandable reasons, though)

kinda amazing to be at his age and still be able to move as hes able to.And the speed still.I thought he looked slower in his last fights, but he seems to have been able to get it back.

Pacquiao is looking a bit older here. Got a feeling the young gunslinger algeri will take this one.

Manny's speed is good, but I think Algieri's movement & timing will cause problems. He's too slippy. That awkward style is all wrong for Pacquiao. Manny probably wins but it won't be nearly as easy as Roach predicts and could easily be an upset.

There is testing.. and the testing that actually catches cheats and doesn't hand out waivers aka VADA...
