    Warning number 4 JuyJuy.

You're walking on hot coals amigo. Drawing straws and the stack is running out. Awaking a sleeping giant. Spanking the wrong monkey altogether. Barking up the wrong tree.

    You get my drift compadre.

I Can Just About Make Out His Silly Accent

Eubank Quotes After Beating A Bum Called Johnny Melfah
"i Challenge All You American Middleweights, Any Of You. Any Contenders, Challengers, Champions, Chumps. I Challenge You All. Hear My Calls. As You See, I Have A Style That You Wont Find Anywhere In The World. No American, No Mexican, Nobody In The World Has A Style Like Mine. I Make Herol Graham Look Ordinary And You Cannot Beat Me. Sorry But You Just Cant."

"you Cant Put A Tag On My Style, Its Custom Made. I Wil Say, I Use Some Martial Arts Techniques, All ****ed Up With My Own Flavour And Personality. I Can Win A Fight Without Using A Guard. I Can Win A Fight Without Throwing A Jab. I Can Do It All."

"im Rated At Number Three In The Country, But In My Opinion Im One Of The Three Best In The World. The Two Guys Who Are Supposedly Ahead Of Me In This Country Are Watson And Herol Graham. As You Know, Watson Was Supposed To Be Here Tonight Fighting Mccallum But He Isnt A Patch On Me. Watson Is Abit Of A Fraud, We Watched The Graham/mccallum Fight Together Here At The Albert Hall And I Told Him That My Tactics If I Fought Nigel Benn Was Going To Be To Rope A Dope Him To Be The First To Beat Him, Like Ali Did To Foreman. I Told Him He Didnt Stand A Chance Against Benn. But Ofcourse, He Stole My Idea. Herol Graham Is The Only Decent Middleweight In This Country Other Than Yours Truly, But I Believe Im The Guy Who Knows How To Beat Him. I Actually Sparred With Both Graham And Mccallum Before Their Fight And I Know How To Beat Both Of Those Individuals, Trust Me."

"i Wont Reveal How (to Beat Graham And Mccallum) Right Now, I Dont Want Some Fellow To Come Along And Steal My Ideas Again."

"i Really Will Fight Anybody Out There, The Only Two Middleweights I Might Not Be Ready For Are Kalambay And Michael Nunn.

"chris Eubank, Remember The Name Because He's Going Places."

There You Go Juy Juy, That Should Keep You Quiet For A While While You Sit There Mesmorised.

anyway, Michael Nunn was pretty special...he wouldn't be able to knock out Chris because of his iron chin but i think he would of won a UD

Michael Nunn, circa 1987/88 was possibly the best MW ever on a head-to-head basis - he'd of comfortably out-pointed the 84-87 Hagler, he'd of comfortably out-pointed the 93-94 Roy Jones.

But he ****** his career up his nose when, after amazingly KOing Sumbu Kalambay in 88 seconds with a thunderbolt left hook, he went to a Las Vegas nightspot and was introduced to the world of the white stuff. Nunn was never the same after that, and poor performances followed (Barkley, Starling), and he was then not in the class of a Eubank at his best. He got gift decisions against Victor Cordoba (first fight) and John Scully, Eubank would of completely out-jabbed him.

Not really, he started landing some right hands rounds before that if I remember. It wasn't a lucky punch, he was really getting into the fight from what I remember.

JuyJuy no version of Nunn would've beaten the Hagler from 84-87.

Also I always thought Kalambay was paid to lose that fight against Nunn. Kalambay had a great chin, it was weird to see Nunn knockout Kalambay with one punch, considering Nunn power wasn't that great.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree

Marvin Hagler was a shadow of his former self in those years. He was at his best around 1977/78 as a power-hitting, counter-puncher.
