What were Shane Mosley's weaknesses? I am very confused.

It isn't really such a dichotomy imo. Mosley was one dimensional in that he was physically gifted and physically oriented with great speed and decent power, but he never had the craft down, the intellect to develop technical excellence. You know...the curse of "my old man is in my corner." Just look at Judah for a similar profile.

Mosley is good home cookin' I mean meat and potatoes. Solid, great athlete, strong, fast, decent beard. But like some have mentioned with his jab, and how I would generally characterize him....He never took the steps to be filet Mignon! never used footwork or movement instead relying on pure speed, never understood angles really, and yeah the jab and defense thing.

But Sugar would have always been tough, he could wade in there and catch the best of em....right Floyd?

He was on PEDS in his prime , so everything he did can be discredited and overrated. Using PEDS is the equivelent of cheating on an essay

Mosley never had a jab. That's a glaring weakness of his.

              What flaws specifically?

Advanced steroid testing was Shane's downfall. Went from knocking out Margacheato to being Floyd, Manny, and Canelo's *****. Shane has legit power but his stamina I attribute to PED's as shown in the Mayweather fight. Shane admitted to being a PED cheat yet wasn't stripped, fined, or had any of his wins turned to NC smh. I use to love watching Shane fight especially against Vargas and Mayorga. I always wanted to see Shane fight Tito or Ike. Shane's legacy imo is forever tarnished due to cheating against Oscar and god knows who before or after. If Shane wasn't such a good guy and had a style not as fan friendly people wouldn't even mention him except just to **** on him. I myself can't even hate him even knowing he is a cheater.
