There are very few fighters I would pick to beat a prime Tyson. What we know with Tyson though is that guys with a good long jab like Lennox and even Douglas, who also had a good jab, are hard for Tyson.
However, Tyson wasn't at his best against either of them, to say the least.
I would pick Tyson though, in his absolute prime of say '87.
After that I'd lean towards Wlad as long as he doesn't get clipped.
Tyson also had a weakness for guys who tied him up, even in his prime. Wlad is better than anyone at that.
4th or 5th round knockout. Maybe earlier. Wlad's only chance is to hold, hold, hold, throw a few punches, HOLD! If you want to call that a game plan (an illegal one at best) then whatever. Mark my words though, as proficient as Wlad is with the "art" of holding, Tyson would find his chin.
If Tyson can get him early on, rush in there before Wlad get's a rhythm with the jab and begins wearing him down in the clinch, Mike wins by KO. If it becomes a longer fight Wlad will break him down.
what good big man did tyson ever put away that early? hes had trouble knocking out the bigger taller guys. wlad would have tied him up on the inside enough to at least make it through the early rounds. not sure what happens after that. tough fight for both

Tyson excelled with bigger longer guys. If were talking Prime Tyson.
