Sam Peter was so **** all the way through his career from being handled by James Toney, to being smacked around by McCline and to being outboxed by Eddie Chambers and don't get me started on him flat out taking 3 absolute horrendous beatings from the K bros.

The only people who are ever trying to hype him up are 1) people who don't know anything about boxing or 2) people with an agenda.

We know some people in this thread are a combination of the two.

Nobody is claiming Samuel Peter is Sugar Ray Leonard. But he was extremely DANGEROUS. Frazier was NOT dangerous with respect to non-bummy, real HW opponents like Peter was. Fact!

Oh sure, Peter getting beaten up by the Klitschko's is supposed to be a proof that he is bad and Frazier was better than Peter is it?

There is no comparison between the opponents of Eddie Chambers was done in by and Joe Frazier.

Joe Frazier would fail to land a single meaningful punch on Chambers who would totally clown him.

Take a good hard look at these 4 guys who managed to beat Chambers.
