Cotto and Margarito are both highly overrated IMO. And it's based off of each other.

Cotto has the better resume, mostly from 4+ years ago. Margarito isn't ****. He's never really done anything. Cotto hasn't done **** in years. That's the truth. Two highly overrated yet popular fighters.

Without Mayweather or Pacquiao, Cotto & Margarito would be Top 5 147-154 each. at-least up until 2012 or so. Btw Cotto's career isn't based off of Margarito, it's based off of the Mosley win at first.

it's pretty amazing to me how you've been on this site for so long, and you still haven't learned ****. floyd and manny are clearly the best 2 fighters on the planet and have been for the last 10 + years. there's no shame in losing to either of them. margarito was one of the best welterweights of the last ten years, with a style all wrong for cotto.
