All 3 were with Top Rank at one point. If Floyd wanted those fights, they would have happened. Arum had Margarito wait and wait for Floyd. Floyd fought Baldomir instead.
Floyd said that he always was su****ious of Margarito and knew he shouldn't fight him.
Floyd in ~2007 said that he didn't want to fight Cotto.

And as far as Winky, Mayweather wanted a bigger purse split because he was taking the bigger risk obviously fighting a full fledged middle weight as Winky was already competing at 160 at the time, and Mayweather was going to move up 2 weight classes to take that fight. Light welterweight to Light Middleweight

The Paul Williams quote caught my eye, because that's exactly the same thing that Sergio Martinez said about Pacquaio:

"It's a disgrace what they (Pacquiao's camp) are asking,"

"It would be better if they just said they didn't want to fight me, because they know I'll knock him out."

You are the one who should be re-reading your posts. YOU said that people like P. Williams and so on didn't call out Floyd. Well, as I showed you, they did!

You looked all confused when I brought up that list ... So I explained it to you in simple English. Floyd is all up to fighting other opponents as long as the risks are low and the reward is high.


We know who Floyd ducked so you don't need to go there. Stop with them excuses. We know that Floyd doesn't like to fight relatively risky opponents and gave you some of those names. Even Floyd's opponents say that Floyd cherry picks. Even Floyd admits it and says that he deserves to cherry pick.

Nice try but you fail. Manny said that he wouldn't go past WW after trying it out once with Margarito. Floyd on the other hand has gone up to fight at 154 3 times and has fought and held several titles. So Floyd has shown that he can and will go up to 154 but it depends on how good the opponent is. Risk vs reward. Someone like Martinez presented too much risk .....

They (eg Martinez) said that Manny was too small. Floyd would make more sense as he is bigger and as stated, has fought at 154 before and currently holds a title there.
