With no more delays standing in the way of destiny, Wladimir Klitschko and Kubrat Pulev are finally ready for battle.

The two best heavyweights in the world collide Saturday evening in Hamburg, Germany. The bout will airlive in the United States on HBO (Saturday, 4:45 p.m. ET).

While weigh-ins are a mere formality for the heavyweight division—which has no cap—Friday's session was telling of the respect each fighter has for the other.

Wlad is aging. He still has a good physique but now it's just normal good instead of freakish. He looks almost skinny there.

I have never seen Pulev fight. What are his chances? Anyone see him pulling the upset?

He's in great shape as ever, but I know what you mean.

Pulev is a guy who is tough and skilled. But he's not a monster and I think Wlad will pick him apart. I can only see him winning if he forces an awkward and uninspiring fight to the distance.

I think if anyone pulls the upset vs Wlad it's Wilder with some bombs. Just because you fight raw and green, it doesn't mean you can't beat a skilled opponent (think Taylor/Hopkins). Taylor isn't as "skilled", but his rawness and energy caused the skilled Hopkins trouble,

Was Pulev standing in a hole, or is he that much shorter than Wlad?

Pulev looks to have thicker skull and bones, he is a bulldog. Will be interesting to see how good a chin he has.
